Destinations
KASA LIN delivers in the Europe, United Kingdom, United States and selected countries in the Middle East.
Currently, we do not offer worldwide shipping but we are planning to in the future.
Shipping
United Kingdom: Next day delivery
Europe: 2-4 working days
Rest of the world: 4-7 working days
Processing
KASA LIN processes all orders same day from Friday from 9 AM to 12 PM BTS and next working day for any orders placed after 12pm excluding bank holidays and other national holidays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking code.
Method
KASA LIN offers DPD next day delivery for the United Kingdom and Royal Mail international tracked delivery to selected territories. Fees are calculated at check out.
Payment methods are provided at check out, powered by Stripe KASA LIN accepts card payments, apple pay and PayPal.
Taxes and duties
Our warehouse is located in the United Kingdom. KASA LIN covers VAT for all orders shipped within the United Kingdom, ensuring no additional charges upon delivery.
For shipments to the Europe, Middle East and United States additional taxes and duties might be applied upon delivery.
Return and Exchange Policy Conditions
KASA LIN accepts change of mind returns and exchanges within 14 days from delivery, if you believe you have a manufacturing defected item please contact us to resolve the matter.
Returns and exchanges are possible if all the following conditions are met:
• The items you wish to return or exchange were purchased from kasalin.com
• Your return or exchange request has been submitted within 14 days from the date of delivery
• The items are in their original condition and have not been worn, used, or altered
• The items have not been used for any press activities, commercial use, or for personal gain
• All packaging must be included (cleaning cloth, soft pouch, authentic card, booklet)
• The items are shipped back in their original packaging
• The return or exchange shipment takes place within 14 days from the date the return is authorised
• The return or exchange is shipped with the return labels provided by the brand
• The return or exchange is shipped from the same country in which the item was purchased
If your return or exchange does not meet any of the above conditions, the package will be sent back to you, and no refund will be issued.
All Curios sales are final and not eligible for return.
KASA LIN does not hold any liability for any loss, theft, or damage of the returned or exchanged package.
Return and Exchage process
Within 14 days from the date of delivery, please request your return or exchange by filling out the form on our contacts page or by contacting us at contact@kasalin.com please include the following:
- Your order number
- A description of your item
- The reason you want to return or exchange the item
Once the return or exchange request has been completed, you will receive an email with detailed instructions on how to proceed.
Once your package reaches our warehouse, please allow 5 to 14 business days for processing your return.
You will be notified by email once the return or exchange is complete and the refund has been issued.
Refund
As soon as your return has been accepted and processed, your refund will be issued to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
For security reasons, we cannot issue a refund to a different payment method and/or credit card.
Once your refund has been issued, you will be notified by email.
Items that are not returned, or are returned incomplete, damaged, altered or in any other condition that would reasonably suggest that they have been worn or used, will not be refunded.
We can return these items in their current state upon request.
Refund timing
The time needed for your funds to be available in your account may vary based on the payment method used:
• Credit cards: 2-7 business days (depending on your bank)
• PayPal: within 48 hours
Responsibility
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us; please ensure they are properly packaged and cannot be damaged during shipping.
KASA LIN does not hold any liability for any loss, theft, or damage of the returned package.
If we detect a suspicious pattern of returns (such as suspecting merchandise has been used before being returned, frequent ordering and returning, or returned items not matching the original order), we will restrict website usage.
